• What can be included in skilled nursing and rehab services?

  We are highly trained to care for a variety of needs including: 

  • Physical, occupational & speech therapy
  • Tracheotomy care
  • Wound care
  • Feeding tubes
  • Ostomy care
  • Bariatric care

• How long is short-term rehabilitation?

  Short-term rehabilitation in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) is different from long-term care centers or assisted living communities. It is a temporary place to rehab and recover. The typical skilled nursing facility stay is 14–21 days. See more here.

• What therapy services does Catholic Care Center offer?

  In addition to short-term rehab, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Find out more about our therapy services.

  Senior Behavioral Health is a short-term acute care program for seniors who are experiencing challenges related to emotional or behavioral health needs.

  These challenges are often associated with:

  • Grief
  • Anxiety
  • Dementia-related issues
  • Other mental health diagnosis
